About me

About me

My name is Zefanja Leasa.

As a teenager I was someone who thought about things around family, friends, my Moluccan / Dutch origin and who I actually am. I could worry about this and this created a rollercoaster of emotions in me. I was busy with sports, but also with my self-image. This meant that I could sometimes be insecure and got stuck in my search for my identity. I have worked with children and as a sociotherapist in forensic psychiatry. In 2017 I decided to follow the psychomotor therapy & exercise agogy course because of my passion for sports, behavior and psyche. In January 2021 I obtained my Bachelor Psychomotor Therapy and Exercise Agogy. My life experiences and my own patterns have shaped me into who I am. Based on my own experiences and training, I want to put you in your strength to make you feel happy, to offer tools to view old patterns differently and to get started with new insights.

I am caring, a listening ear, creative, sporty, honest and direct when it is necessary to help you further.

I have been coming to Zefanja for half a year now and it helps me a lot to talk to him. He gives very good tips for the tension that I have. Because of him I have now started working and I can deal better with stress. Greetings J.

At the beginning of this year I had the first appointment with my 8-year-old daughter due to ADHD / concentration problems. What beautiful steps my daughter was able to take. The trust you have given our daughter, the open door that we experience as parents and the way in which we as parents are involved in the treatment I experience as familiar, accessible and professional. The jumps that our daughter has already made help her enormously in her development. Getting to know the child and then continuing your treatment that is what I see. The child is seen as individual and is not a protocol for you. Every week I am asked here when can I go to Zefanja mama again. Very happy that you accompany our daughter. For me not someone who carries out his profession, but someone who understands his profession. Banu mother of ....
