PMT for adults is a form of movement and body-oriented therapy that focuses on psychosocial problems, such as stress, social-emotional problems, trauma-related complaints or other problems that you want to work on. By means of PMT you will get moving and reflect on your tensions and stress in your body. I will work with you to find new behavior that can help you to look at situations from a different perspective and to solve them with new skills.
